During HEPA (Health Enhancing Physical Activity) - Health and Fitness Assessment for Seniors, partner countries have made Recommendations for implementation of HEPA S programs.

As part of the project activities, the 5th TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING OF PARTNERS on the HEPA S project and the Final Conference of Health Kinesiology on the topic “Physical activity, health and quality of life of the elderly” was held.
